Delete your ApeGreece account
You can permanently delete your ApeGreece account inside the app. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion using the contact method below.
Delete inside the app
- Sign in to ApeGreece.
- Open More → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm your password and type DELETE.
- Confirm the permanent deletion action.
Request deletion without the app
Email Not configured from the email address associated with your ApeGreece account. Include the words Account deletion request. Do not send your password, card details, passport or residence-permit documents.
If you cannot email from the registered address, support may need a proportionate verification step before deleting the account.
What is deleted
The authentication account and removable account-linked data are deleted, including profile and private Work & OT Tracker data stored in the ApeGreece backend. Community data configured to belong to the account is removed where applicable. After successful in-app deletion, account-specific local cache and scheduled reminders on that device are also cleared.
What may be retained
Limited moderation, fraud-prevention or security records may be retained only where a legal basis requires it or for a proportionate period needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The individual beta does not retain payment or booking records from ApeGreece transactions because in-app commercial transactions are disabled.
