ApeGreece Terms of Use
ApeGreece currently operates as a free, non-commercial individual beta. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
1. Account use
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Provide accurate information, protect credentials and use only accounts you are authorised to use.
2. Lawful and respectful use
Do not use ApeGreece for fraud, scams, harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, impersonation, unlawful sales, misleading jobs or housing offers, discriminatory recruitment or housing content, or unauthorised disclosure of personal data. The Community Guidelines form part of these terms.
3. Community content and moderation
You remain responsible for content you submit. ApeGreece may review, reject, hide, remove or restrict content/accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, platform integrity or enforcement of these terms. Where a report leads to a restriction, ApeGreece records a reason and provides a support route for review or clarification.
4. Listings and directories
Unless expressly stated otherwise, ApeGreece is not the employer, landlord, seller or service provider behind a listing. Verify identity, price, licence, registration and material terms before paying money, travelling or sharing documents. “Owner managed”, “business checked” and “registration checked” describe specific checks and are not quality guarantees.
5. Non-commercial beta
The individual beta does not accept in-app payments, sell paid tickets or trips, charge listing fees, sell verification, run paid placement or receive affiliate commissions. Event or service information may link to an independent organiser or official source; any external transaction is between you and that third party.
6. Regulated and external services
ApeGreece does not act as a travel agent, payment institution, remittance provider, insurer, employment agency or landlord in the individual beta. External official/informational links are provided for convenience; review the third party’s own identity, licence and terms before using it.
7. Work Tracker and government guides
The Work & OT Tracker is a personal record and estimate tool, not payroll, tax or legal advice. Government/permit guides are practical summaries and can become outdated. Check the linked official authority before relying on a deadline, eligibility rule, document requirement or legal right.
8. Reports and illegal content
Use in-app reporting for suspected scams, illegal content, impersonation or harmful listings. Questions, notices concerning illegal content, and requests to review a moderation decision can also be sent to Not configured.
9. Account action and deletion
You can permanently delete your account. ApeGreece may restrict or terminate accounts for serious/repeated violations, fraud, security threats or legal requirements, subject to applicable rights. See the account deletion instructions.
10. Applicable law and contact
These terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable Greek and EU law and do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Support: Not configured.
